When you want to accomplish your goals quickly, apply these 3 steps daily and you will be amazed of the results.
- Breath- The power of the breath is unknown by a lot of people. Practice the breath of fire several times a day, just for a few minutes at a time and you will tremendously increase your lung capacity, become alert and have more energy.
- Movement- Exercise obviously, but if time is an issue make sure you introduce a daily and brisk walking session outdoors. Take a breath of fresh air and clear your mind.
